Performance-Based Services: For clients on performance-based models, billing occurs only when predefined actions or milestones are successfully completed. If results are not delivered, clients are not charged.
Refund Policy
We maintain a structured and fair refund policy to ensure clarity and consistency:

Non-Refundable Charges: All software-related metered-usage fees (e.g., texting and calling within the platform) are non-refundable. These charges are incurred only when clients use the service, making refunds unnecessary.
