Profit Zombies provides marketing services including but not limited to pay-per-lead marketing, AI lead nurturing, sales training, and systems development. The specific services provided will be outlined in a separate agreement between Profit Zombies and the client.

You are responsible for:

- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
- All activities that occur under your account
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement between Profit Zombies and the client. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable and payable in U.S. dollars.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Profit Zombies website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and images, are the exclusive property of Profit Zombies and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Profit Zombies be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
